“ I loved the Philadelphia rolls and I was starting to think Japan didn’t serve sushi like I’m used to back in the states, so I was super happy to find that. We got squid that we did not order, but maybe it was an appetizer like how bread is served back home? But I do think we paid for it and probably would’ve skipped it, but it was still decent, I tried one and my husband ate the rest. I love the egg nigiri and how they fold it in half so you can eat it in one bite!! And my husband enjoyed his salmon nigiri ”
“ Chef and staff are very friendly. Sushi and sashimi is fresh and tasty. ”
“ Me and my family had dinner at Genki Sushi as our initial plan to travel to Akihabara via the neighbouring Chuo Sobu line was derailed due to unexpected delays caused by safety checks. But I got to say we really enjoyed our meal here. We were given great service provided by the young lady waitress, who was friendly, and went the extra mile to introduce the special dish that day, which was the ginger pork. The food was tasty and fresh, we could really taste the passion and enthusiasm of the chef in the dishes. The salad, sushi and baked seafood in mayonnaise were awesome Also, price wise, it was really reasonable, as everything we ordered cost just over 15,000 yen for 4 pax. After the meal, my family felt that probably it was a blessing in disguise that the train had been delayed, so that we did not miss out on this great eatery. We hope to visit again next time. ”
“ The sushi was so fresh and absolutely phenomenal. The chef prepared everything in front of us, and everyone from the staff was super friendly and kind. Very cozy place too! ”
“ One of the most memorable sushi experiences I’ve ever had! The chef and staff were so kind. The sushi was well portioned and delicous. Can’t recommend this place enough! It’s a gem. ”
“ Absolutely amazing food and service in a lovely restaurant. Relaxed but proper environment. Incredible cultural experience. The staff had great patience with our lack of knowledge about the food and when we needed help with how to eat the different dishes the waitress explained gracefully with such a wonderful smile. The waitress really tried her best to understand and help when the english became too complicated, so everything worked out perfectly. This place was completely safe for me as someone with a severe peanutallergy which was so freeing, to experience this great cuisine without any worries. ”
“ Great little sushi place. We came in for an early dinner and sat at the bar. The service felt extremely personal and welcoming. The prices are fair and the quality is exceptional. We wanted to try the various types of sushi restaurants in Tokyo, this one being a much higher level than the cheaper conveyor belt places. Highly recommend! ”
“ My wife and I really had a wonderful sushi experience here. Highly recommended for everyone who wishes to visit real Japanese shushi! My wife don’t eat raw food like sashimi, but she can enjoy food with me, it’s her first time do not hate the taste of raw seafood. In the end, I would like to said it’s the best shushi restaurant in Japan! 日本最強の寿司 Besides, really good atmosphere for us, even we are foreigners. ”
